docs: fix installation instructions for official methods

- Replace pluginMarketplace with extraKnownMarketplaces
- Add CLI command method (recommended)
- Add settings.json method for team distribution
- Add local development option
- Prioritize public HTTPS URL over Tailscale SSH URL
- Reorganize installation sections for clarity
