docs(contract-validator): create documentation (#191)
Add comprehensive plugin documentation:
- README.md: Plugin overview, problem statement, tool docs,
example workflows, issue types, best practices
- claude-md-integration.md: CLAUDE.md snippets, interface
documentation standards, CI/CD integration guide
