Problem

When agents fail mid-task, there is no way to resume from where they left off. Have to start fresh or manually complete the work.

Current Behavior

Agent hits permission block or error
Agent stops with partial work done
To continue: must start new agent from scratch
New agent has no context of previous progress
Wastes tokens re-reading files, re-analyzing

Expected Behavior

Agent checkpoints progress periodically
On failure, can resume from last checkpoint
Context preserved: files read, decisions made, work completed
Resume command: /sprint-resume <agent-id>

Acceptance Criteria

Can resume failed agent from last good state
Context preserved across resume
Partial work is not lost
