Summary

Document how the clarity-assist plugin supports neurodivergent (ND) users with accommodations for ADHD, autism, and other cognitive differences.

Location: plugins/clarity-assist/docs/ND-SUPPORT.md (new file)

Content to include:

Overview

  • Purpose: Help users with executive function challenges, sensory sensitivities, and different cognitive processing styles
  • Philosophy: Reduce cognitive load, provide structure, respect different communication styles

Features for ND Users

  1. Reduced Cognitive Load

    • Automatic prompt simplification
    • Breaking complex tasks into steps
    • Clear, unambiguous language

  2. Structured Output

    • Consistent formatting
