Create branding specification documentation in Gitea Wiki as the single source of truth for visual output standards.

Wiki Pages Created

  • branding/visual-spec - Central specification (box chars, widths, rules)
  • branding/plugin-registry - Icons, names, box styles per plugin
  • branding/header-templates - Copy-paste templates for commands/agents
  • branding/progress-templates - Sprint progress block templates

Status

COMPLETED - Pages already created at sprint planning time.
