Merge pull request 'Release: SessionStart hook fix' (#89) from development into main aa6d7f5866
fix: add missing PYTHONPATH env to pr-review MCP config eced0fbd07 
Aligns pr-review .mcp.json with projman by adding PYTHONPATH environment
variable. This inconsistency may have caused MCP server failures when
both plugins are loaded.
