Previous fix was wrong. Hooks should be in separate hooks/hooks.json file (auto-discovered), NOT inline in plugin.json. Pattern matches working plugins: projman, pr-review, claude-config-maintainer Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
