Implements PostToolUse hook to warn about potentially breaking schema changes: - DROP COLUMN/TABLE/INDEX detection - Column type changes (ALTER TYPE, MODIFY COLUMN) - NOT NULL constraint additions - RENAME operations - ORM model field removals Non-blocking - outputs warnings only.
