Overview

Final documentation audit after all implementation is complete. Ensure all docs reflect the new neighbourhood-based dashboard.

Acceptance Criteria

  • CLAUDE.md reflects current Sprint 9 completion status
  • Data model section updated with neighbourhood-centric schema
  • URL routing table is accurate
  • README.md has correct setup instructions
  • docs/PROJECT_REFERENCE.md matches actual architecture
  • Legacy spec documents archived to docs/archive/ or deleted
  • No references to TRREB or old district-based model remain

Technical Notes

This is the final phase of the Toronto Neighbourhood Dashboard transition. After this phase, update CLAUDE.md to mark Sprint 9 as complete.

Verified:
