Overview

Add a Gitea CI status badge to the README.md to show build/test status at a glance.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Add Gitea CI badge immediately after the title in README.md
  • Badge shows current CI status (passing/failing)
  • Badge links to CI workflow runs
  • Badge renders correctly on Gitea
