feat(marketplace): add domain metadata to all plugins [BREAKING] 442ed63b4c

- domain field required in plugin.json and marketplace.json (core/data/ops)
- validate-marketplace.sh enforces domain presence and allowed values
- claude-launch.sh new profiles: saas, ops, debug; infra deprecated
- CANONICAL-PATHS.md and CLAUDE.md updated with domain conventions

BREAKING CHANGE: validate-marketplace.sh rejects plugins without domain field

feat(marketplace): hook migration, projman commands, optimizations [BREAKING] 9ba2e660d3

Remove all SessionStart and PostToolUse hooks across the marketplace,
retaining only PreToolUse safety hooks and UserPromptSubmit quality hooks.
Add /project and /adr command families, /hygiene check, /cv status.
Create 7 new projman skills for project lifecycle management.
Remove /pm-debug, /suggest-version, /proposal-status commands.

feat(marketplace): command consolidation + 8 new plugins (v8.1.0 → v9.0.0) [BREAKING] 2d51df7a42

Phase 1b: Rename all ~94 commands across 12 plugins to /<noun> <action>
sub-command pattern. Git-flow consolidated from 8→5 commands (commit
variants absorbed into --push/--merge/--sync flags). Dispatch files,
name: frontmatter, and cross-reference updates for all plugins.

Phase 2: Design documents for 8 new plugins in docs/designs/.

Phase 3: Scaffold 8 new plugins — saas-api-platform, saas-db-migrate,
saas-react-platform, saas-test-pilot, data-seed, ops-release-manager,
ops-deploy-pipeline, debug-mcp. Each with plugin.json, commands, agents,
skills, README, and claude-md-integration. Marketplace grows from 12→20.

- README.md fully rewritten: clean domain-grouped plugin tables, accurate
  structure tree matching CANONICAL-PATHS, all 10 scripts and 7 docs listed
- CLAUDE.md structure tree updated to match (was showing only 12 plugins)
- Deleted scripts/check-venv.sh (dead code for unimplemented SessionStart hooks)
- Fixed stale .doc-guardian-queue references in doc-sync.md and sync-workflow.md
- Removed check-venv.sh from CANONICAL-PATHS.md, added missing consumer scripts
- Version bumped to 9.1.1
