f6931a0e0f feat(agents): add model selection and standardize frontmatter
Add per-agent model selection using Claude Code's now-supported `model`
frontmatter field, and standardize all agent frontmatter across the
marketplace.

Changes:
- Add `model` field to all 25 agents (18 sonnet, 7 haiku)
- Fix viz-platform/data-platform agents using `agent:` instead of `name:`
- Remove non-standard `triggers:` field from domain agents
- Add missing frontmatter to 13 agents
- Document model selection in CLAUDE.md and CONFIGURATION.md
- Fix undocumented commands in README.md

Model assignments based on reasoning depth, tool complexity, and latency:
- sonnet: Planner, Orchestrator, Executor, Coordinator, Security Reviewers
- haiku: Maintainability Auditor, Test Validator, Git Assistant, etc.

7c8a20c804 refactor: extract skills from commands across 8 plugins
Refactored commands to extract reusable skills following the
Commands → Skills separation pattern. Each command is now <50 lines
and references skill files for detailed knowledge.

Plugins refactored:
- claude-config-maintainer: 5 commands → 7 skills
- code-sentinel: 3 commands → 2 skills
- contract-validator: 5 commands → 6 skills
- data-platform: 10 commands → 6 skills
- doc-guardian: 5 commands → 6 skills (replaced nested dir)
- git-flow: 8 commands → 7 skills

Skills contain: workflows, validation rules, conventions,
reference data, tool documentation

Commands now contain: YAML frontmatter, agent assignment,
skills list, brief workflow steps, parameters

2e65b60725 refactor(projman): extract skills and consolidate commands
Major refactoring of projman plugin architecture:

Skills Extraction (17 new files):
- Extracted reusable knowledge from commands and agents into skills/
- branch-security, dependency-management, git-workflow, input-detection
- issue-conventions, lessons-learned, mcp-tools-reference, planning-workflow
- progress-tracking, repo-validation, review-checklist, runaway-detection
- setup-workflows, sprint-approval, task-sizing, test-standards, wiki-conventions

Command Consolidation (17 → 12 commands):
- /setup: consolidates initial-setup, project-init, project-sync (--full/--quick/--sync)
- /debug: consolidates debug-report, debug-review (report/review modes)
- /test: consolidates test-check, test-gen (run/gen modes)
- /sprint-status: absorbs sprint-diagram via --diagram flag

Architecture Cleanup:
- Remove plugin-level mcp-servers/ symlinks (6 plugins)
- Remove plugin README.md files (12 files, ~2000 lines)
- Update all documentation to reflect new command structure
- Fix documentation drift in CONFIGURATION.md, COMMANDS-CHEATSHEET.md

Commands are now thin dispatchers (~20-50 lines) that reference skills.
Agents reference skills for domain knowledge instead of inline content.

3c3b3b4575 fix(doc-guardian): make hook silent by default
- Remove all output by default to prevent workflow interruption
- Queue changes silently to .doc-guardian-queue
- Add file+type deduplication (same file won't be queued twice)
- Add DOC_GUARDIAN_VERBOSE=1 env var for opt-in notifications
- Users run /doc-sync or /doc-audit to process queue

Fixes #312 (partial - addresses issues 1, 2, 3)

1dad393eaf fix(doc-guardian): use passive wording and add debouncing to reduce interruptions
The PostToolUse hook was causing workflow interruptions because:
1. Actionable language ("update needed") triggered Claude to seek confirmation
2. Rapid edits (4+ in sequence) generated multiple notifications

Changes:
- Message changed from "update needed" to "drift queued" (passive, informational)
- Added 5-second debouncing: same-type edits within window are silently queued
- Added queue clearing step to doc-sync.md command

Note: Issue #287 also mentions URL restriction behavior, but this was not
found in the current codebase - may have been a different component or
already fixed. Marking as partial fix.

6b666bff46 fix: proactive documentation and sprint planning automation
- doc-guardian: Hook now tracks documentation dependencies and outputs
specific files needing updates (e.g., commands → COMMANDS-CHEATSHEET.md)
- projman: SessionStart hook now suggests /sprint-plan when open issues
exist without milestone, and warns about unreleased CHANGELOG entries
- projman: Add /suggest-version command for semantic version recommendations
- docs: Update COMMANDS-CHEATSHEET.md with data-platform plugin (was missing)
- docs: Update CLAUDE.md with data-platform and version 4.0.0

Fixes documentation drift and lack of proactive workflow suggestions.

6c24bcbb91 fix(doc-guardian): replace prompt hook with command hook
Prompt hooks are unreliable - Claude ignores instructions and generates
verbose analysis despite explicit FORBIDDEN rules. Command hooks guarantee
the exact output we want.

- Add notify.sh script that only outputs for config file changes
- Change hooks.json from prompt type to command type
- Script exits silently for non-config files (no blocking)

Fixes #110

d2ad90d5bb fix: remove broken Stop hook from doc-guardian
The Stop hook referenced a non-existent "internal queue" for tracking
documentation drift. Each hook runs in isolation with no way to pass
data between invocations, so the queue concept couldn't work.

The hook was causing errors on every session end:
"Stop hook error: Prompt hook condition was not met..."

Changes:
- Removed the Stop hook entirely
- Updated PostToolUse hook to report drift immediately when found
  (instead of referencing non-existent queue)
