- Add doc-guardian v1.0.0 with PostToolUse and Stop hooks
- Add code-sentinel v1.0.0 with PreToolUse hook
- Update marketplace version to 2.3.0
- Update projman version to 2.3.0
- Update hookMapping for new plugins
