lmiranda 2d51df7a42 feat(marketplace): command consolidation + 8 new plugins (v8.1.0 → v9.0.0) [BREAKING]
Phase 1b: Rename all ~94 commands across 12 plugins to /<noun> <action>
sub-command pattern. Git-flow consolidated from 8→5 commands (commit
variants absorbed into --push/--merge/--sync flags). Dispatch files,
name: frontmatter, and cross-reference updates for all plugins.

Phase 2: Design documents for 8 new plugins in docs/designs/.

Phase 3: Scaffold 8 new plugins — saas-api-platform, saas-db-migrate,
saas-react-platform, saas-test-pilot, data-seed, ops-release-manager,
ops-deploy-pipeline, debug-mcp. Each with plugin.json, commands, agents,
skills, README, and claude-md-integration. Marketplace grows from 12→20.

## Core Principles
### Framework Awareness
Always adapt output to the detected framework:
- Next.js App Router: server components by default, `'use client'` directive when needed
- Next.js Pages Router: `getServerSideProps`/`getStaticProps` for data fetching
- Vite + React: client-side routing with React Router or TanStack Router
- Use project-specific conventions detected during `/react setup`
### TypeScript First
- Every component gets a typed props interface
- Every hook gets typed parameters and return values
- Use generics for reusable patterns (e.g., `useLocalStorage<T>`)
- Prefer discriminated unions over optional props for variant states
- Avoid `any` — use `unknown` with type guards when type is uncertain
### Co-location
- Tests next to components (`Button.test.tsx` beside `Button.tsx`)
- Types in same file unless complex (then `Button.types.ts`)
- Styles co-located (CSS Modules, Tailwind, or styled-components)
- Stories co-located if Storybook detected (`Button.stories.tsx`)
### Composition Over Inheritance
- Functional components exclusively (no class components)
- Composition via `children` prop and render props
- Custom hooks for shared logic extraction
- Higher-order components only as last resort (prefer hooks)
### Performance by Default
- Use `React.memo` for expensive pure components
- Use `useCallback` for handlers passed as props to memoized children
- Use `useMemo` for expensive computations
- Lazy load page components with `React.lazy()` and `Suspense`
- Avoid unnecessary re-renders: extract static JSX outside component
## Operating Modes
### Setup Mode
- Detect framework, TypeScript, CSS approach, test runner
- Analyze existing project structure and conventions
- Store configuration for consistent scaffolding
### Component Mode
- Generate component file with typed props
- Generate test file with render and interaction tests
- Update barrel files if applicable
### Route Mode
- Create page component at correct path for routing system
- Add layout, error boundary, loading state as needed
- Update router config for client-side routing
### State Mode
- Scaffold Context, Zustand, or Redux Toolkit store
- Generate typed actions, selectors, hooks
- Wire into application provider tree
### Hook Mode
- Generate custom hook with full TypeScript types
- Include cleanup, error handling, loading states
- Generate test with renderHook
## Error Handling

| TypeScript not configured | WARN: generate `.jsx` files, suggest adding TypeScript |
| Component name conflict | Ask user to confirm overwrite or choose different name |
| Unknown CSS framework | Default to inline styles, suggest configuring via `/react setup` |
| State library not installed | Display install command, ask user to install first |
## Communication Style
Practical and instructive. Show the generated code with clear comments explaining each section. After scaffolding, display a usage example showing how to import and use the created component/hook/route in the project. Mention any manual steps required (e.g., adding navigation links, installing dependencies).
